The Wait is Over

For those of you who, like me, have been waiting on pins and needles for the Mombabe to post her menus and shopping lists, wait no more.
She's got a System. And I say that with a capitol S.
Check it out!

Menu Planning 101

OR you could just go with Lippy's plan, and serve hot dogs every night. Your call.

(Make sure to say "hidey-ho" over there if you go visit. Cause that was just a LOT of work.)

NCS and I are both teaching our children to be independent, autonomous beings in the kitchen.

YAY us!

I say the same thing NCS but it's usually to my hubby.

I will admit that I was better at making dinner when I had a menu planned out. I need to do that again and stop with the pizza and fast food.

I'm likin' this!! I'd love to not have to plan it or shop for it!! Very cool that the breakfasts and lunches are separated from the dinners, since the kids are on their own for bkfst and at school for lunch.

On a side note.....I love it when my kids say thanks for dinner, but sometimes they sound so sincere that it makes me feel like I'm a horrible mom that doesn't feed her kids on a regular basis. Maybe with this plan I could upgrade from horrible to not-so-bad!!!
