I Love Some Good Sox!

A few weeks ago, Elastic Waistband Lady held a sox swap on her blog. And yesterday, I became the recipient of two beautiful and cozy pairs of socks from Bee!
Both pairs were exactly the same, but I love them equally! And who can blame Bee for accidentally getting 2 pairs of the identical socks? She's been giving (and loaning) out pieces of her mind for quite some time now and shhh, don't tell, but I think she's getting to the point where she needs to hang on to those last little bits that are left!

Here's the first pair!

And when the first pair gets dirty, don't worry, cause I've got a back-up set!

I love them both, Bee! I really do!

And here's my very favorite part of the package:

So a big thank-you and a Yo-eee-oh to my new friend, the Wicked Witch of the Midwest!

Aw man! I'm totally bummed. You should've told me there was a sox swap. I totally would've been a part of it. Now I just have to go sulk about not getting any cool new socks.

Okay, that's it. I'm going to start reading this Elastic Waistband Lady's blog because I don't want to miss out on all this fun.

I'm not sure where to direct my envy.....at the awesome socks or at your skinny but shapely calves.

Tonya- I've been threatening to host a Christmas Ornament Exchange this year in November, sooooo now you have plenty of advanced warning to start looking. :)

I found one at the Boy Scout Shop that's an outhouse. But wait there's more! The door actually swings open and there's a little skunk inside next to the commode. It's the piece de resistance to our tree.

I love flashy socks, the best part of sexy sock ( like the pairs you fashionable showed us) is to break out the moon walk in your socks! It make you feel like your really alive! ;) Oh, don't forget to have all your teenaged children in the room, you won't want to miss the look on their faces!

I told my Grandma once that I owed my love of crazy socks to her. She aske me why, and I told her it was because she always gave us wacky-crazy socks while I was growing up. She was quite offended, because she apparently thought they were beautiful and NOT crazy. Oh well...I got over it. ;)

I have to admit that my cursory glance at your Title alarmed me. I read it more carefully and I'm okay now. Phew! That was close.

Haha, I was going to pose with my sox EXACTLY the way that you did, then I got all Dr. Seuss-ish instead! Your sox are great! I sent sox to Bee...I hope she enjoyed hers!
