A Christmas Miracle For Only $18.99

I'm still working on Christmas decorations, just so ya know. I'm sure there'll be more posts coming on that, what with it being such a scintillating topic and everything.

I always dupe myself into thinking this will be a one or 2 day job. And then it always ends up looking like my house exploded for about a week. Why is that?

Oh, yeah.... the lights. Everything I decorate with has some sort of lights associated with it.

But I have spectacular news via Heather, whom I will love forever for telling me about:

da ta da: (that was the trumpets)

The Light Keeper Pro
which you can apparently get at any Home Depot in Colorado, and I don't have any idea how long these have been on the market, but oh my goodness YOU NEED ONE!

This gun performed 4 different Christmas miracles at my house last night, thus saving me several more hours of delighting (unlighting?) and then relighting trees and garlands.

Are you hearing me? IT FIXED THE LIGHTS!!!

I'll just come right out and tell you that I have 14 Christmas trees. Some of them are tiny, and most of them I don't decorate, but every single one of them has lights. Because I'm all about the lights, people. .. .. .. (OK I despise the lights for the first few days of December while I get them all working, and THEN I'm all about the lights.)

I don't know how the gun works. Something about sending out an electrical impulse that fixes connections blah blah blah

I say let's not spoil the magic by getting all technical. Just enjoy the wonder of it all. I mean, it can't bring back the dead or anything, but it did save 4 different strings of my lights that apparently were in a severe coma.

And now you too can buy your very own little Christmas miracle for only $18.99 at Home Depot.

THAT, is a neat gadget. I pulled my first two small trees out last night since time is killing me. The real one arrives Saturday. I don't think I will hit 14 this year. But there will be more than 1! :)

Smiles!

Yay for modern technology!!! Not only can we create it, we can also produce more technology to fix the technology when it breaks! SWeet!

You remind me of this guy we knew when we were kids. We called him the "Santa Man", who happened to be born on Christmas day, and he lived in this big ol' victorian house and every December he decorated his house with a Christmas tree in every window! Every year we tried to count how many trees he had up, and we never came up with the same number. I think he added a new window every year -- anyway, he was a jolly old man and we loved how he opened his house on Christmas eve for everyone to come and see his trees.

Now all you need is a big red suit and a beard, and you, too, could be a town icon!

Ya gotta love technology! Who cares how it works as long as it works!

Like you, I don't care how, only if it works.

We'll be checking out our Home Depot. Thanks.

Yay! I'm getting me one! BTW, I would have 14 trees, as well, if I could find room to store them. I can deff find places for 14 trees in my 1000 square foot home when it comes time to display--priorities, and all--but finding a place for them to live the rest of the time is a quandary. As it is, I have three. The dog has to pretty much live on the coffee/sofa table the whole month of December but, hey, it's Christmas!

Will wonders never cease?

Now, if they would just make a gun to zap all of my decorations up.

Thanks for sharing!

That IS a Christmas miracle! I so have to get me one of those. And really, I think my husband will just be thrilled with me getting a bit less aggrevated as I set up the decorations. Everyone wins!
