Oh yes I did.
I started the P90X plan this morning. Here it is only a short 3 hours later and I can barely lift my arms to the keyboard.
But if you've seen the infomercial, you know I'm going to be totally ripped by June 23.
OR maybe I won't even be able to roll out of bed tomorrow, and I'll just have to die there, too sore to get up.
I guess THEN The Brain will be sorry about laughing all the way through my initial fitness test, because I couldn't do even one HALF a pull-up. He laughed so much that I decided NOT to take any before pictures.
That way if I die, I can still remember myself happy.

June 23rd? That's forever?!?! What a sham! You should be ripped by APRIL 23rd!
Oh, I've thought about buying that, but I'm just afraid it would be another fitness program that would sit on my shelf. Can't wait to hear all about it.
I hope
my mom just ordered. this. it seriously works. You just have to work through the pain. PLEASE tell me you took before and after pictures!!!
That looks like it hurts too much.
Good luck. Jasen has been dying to get that. You'll definitely have to keep us informed about it's viability! Take a nice hot bath - heck, come soak in our hot tub any time you want, maybe it'll help!
Ooo. I, of course, have never seen or heard of it, but you've got me all curious. Keep us updated, please!
(I really admire your will power when it comes to exercise.)
So, you're totally going to look like that chic, right?
I expect pictures......
It's on my after baby wish list! But until then I still have a good 3 weeks of eat whatever in the heck I want, and I am going to take advantage of that!
It's good stuff, wait till Plyo day! WHOO HOO!
My sister and her husband are doing that program for the second time. They get great results! If you want a fun program that's not so intense, try Turbo Jam (also from beachbody.com). I've done it for 3 years and it's AWESOME! Lost all the baby weight and back to my teenage body. Actually, I think it's actually better now than it was then. Keep with it! :)
and for dave's random comment of the week, check here
You can do it!! Good luck!
I don't even think I could do half a pull up...unless I was reaching for chocolate.
I want to do this just to see if I can do a push up at the end!
It'll get easier every time!
Or...well...that's what I've HEARD about exercising.
I accept the reasoning for the not taking a before picture, but you better post the after picture :-)
The worst thing you could do is not work out tomorrow! But do it at half the pace you did it today, and then work up to speed gradually...I have a feeling I didn't really need to tell you that...
:~D
I've seen the commercials for that and have been curious. Good luck!
hey, my hubby started that a few weeks ago! He made me take his before pictures...I was really hoping to stay out of it, but you know 'helpmeet' and all that.
Now I just have to sympathize when he is whimpering around mumbling something about how it is yoga day...
You go girl! I'm afraid I don't stick with programs like that very well... hopefully it will be a good thing for you! Good luck moving tomorrow ;)
You could always just photoshop your face onto one of the ripped people in the picture.
I'm pretty sure you would still be able to lift your arms after that.
I am so impressed! I have wanting to do something fun and new. ou'll have to keep us updated!!
You're a much braver woman than I am! :)
*sigh* I remember what it was like to have goals. Oh wait, that was somebody else.
I have heard it's crazy intense....but I am so curious!!! You have to let us know how it goes. And I totally agree with Jen's comment....I LOVE Turbo Jam. Unfortunately I had only borrowed it from a friend so I don't own it...but it's so fun, and a great workout.
Well here in a few months you are going to be SheWoman! Fun blog, I'm glad you found mine. Nice April Fool's Day joke too.
I have marked June 23 on my calendar.
Just so you know.
