Friday Flair - Tax Day Edition

And last, some signs I saw at the tea party that were too good to NOT be turned into flair!

Snort! Remove my subscription, too please.

I've sure missed Friday Flair. Good stuff.

LOL. Seriously! That is too funny. "Dear IRS, I would like to cancel my subscription. Please remove my name from your mailing list." That made my day! Although I can't complain too much, my return this year was great!

Sigh. Poor children that have to pay off the current debt. Us too. Is this equivalent to FDR spending? I don't even know. It's all crazy.

haha, "hell, I miss Nixon" awesome. He wasn't mostly not bad, tho... just paranoid.

Great flair! I wish I could've give those to my mom before she spoke at one of those parties here in Utah:)

Hey, be grateful you don't get to file taxes in BOTH the U.S. and Canada (50%) . (and PLEASE don't think "but you pay in Canadian dollars so it's less money" ; )

I'd really LOVE to have my name removed from the mailing lists.

Dave-no kidding!
And that's the money they must be wasting right now! Cuz we've paid very little income taxes ourselves, but lots and lots of SS and Medi. And I'm pretty sure we'll never see any of it! (I have 'just' 25 years to go till I'm 69!)
And Randi - keep up the good work - you are awesome!
:~D

Oh I just love it. I think I should start putting these on my backpack or wearing them on my shirts to counteract some of the Obamamania on campus. There's got to be some balance, right? Please?

I didn't realize that I'd turned into such a poor commenter.

I liked the 'Because everyone deserves some of what you've worked hard for.'

Doesn't that seem to be the truth.

How's the bakery coming? I'm looking forward to the day that Lil' Man lets us come out to the temple.

I was going to say that I loved the 4th one down the best about the IRS needing to be unhappy. Then I read the last one. Comparing what we have, yes. I do miss Nixon.

And Yvonne: Canada is 50 percent? 50????? Fifty!!!????Well there goes that desire to live north.

:D I love that everyone deserves a part of what you worked hard for, because it seriously feels like that. Like, how we're all paying for Octo-mom's manicures and shopping sprees.... Joy.

The last one- HILARIOUS!

Some others I thought were genius:
Obamanomics-Trickle up poverty.

Stimulus:The Audacity of Dope

Change, what's left after taxes

Barney Frank, Bernie Madoff: And the difference is....?

I'll Will keep my freedom, my guns, my money. Keep your change.

Funny! I even understood them all. :) Party like it's 1773. :) And the last one's hilarious.

Well, I have a frame with a Thought for the Day on the side wall by the register at work and I change it every day. I've started putting some very sarcastic (i.e. taken from Friday Flair)thougts and hoping like heck no one actually reads/understands what they're about so I don't get fired. But it makes my day brighter to hope an Obamafan might get insulted :) Or better yet, be insulted and not even realize it LOL! Thanks for some great "thoughts" that let me live on the Wild side!

These flairs are THE BEST FLAIRS ever!!

These are great. I needed some light hearted humor today with being bitter about the amount of money the govt takes! Thanks.

I missed FF. YAY for FF!!

Apropos, I read this last week:

Snopes does not list this as “false”, but you still might want to check this out with the IRS and/or your Senators and Representatives.

Income taxes are normally due on April 15th unless that date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, in which case they are due on Monday the 16th or 17th.

However, I have been told that rule has recently been changed for this and for at least the next 4 years, tax payments will not be due until you are nominated for a cabinet position.

Please check with your Tax adviser to confirm!
