I Don't Know How ABC News Missed This Bulletin!

Yesterday at Target (not the first stop on the shopping tour of doom, but definitely the last), not only did we find a modest and lovely dress, but there were actually an assortment of modest and lovely dresses to CHOOSE from. And some of them were ON SALE!
Run, people, don't walk.

We did end the evening like this, so apparently someone wasted a pretty long afternoon of dreading. Shoulda saved it for another time I guess.

In other news---

Here's my week in review:

It's finally winter here!

Is anyone else highly disturbed by the turn the Biggest Loser has taken?

(PS - This Amy button is the first flair I've ever made myself!!)

I think these are self explanatory

Yeah, these, too.

And finally a quick acknowledgment:

I love Target--wish they would come to Canada. Glad you were successful.

I'm SO ANNOYED with Heba and Vicky. I thought Amy was very smart last week.

I WAS FIRST--if I had not written such a long comment ; ((((((

Yay for Target!! Or, as we like to call it, Tar-zhey. Makes us all feel more fashionable. Or French.

And I've been listening to Christmas music for a week now.

Happy Friday...I needed a laugh...and found you. Thanks!

We're allowed to play Christmas music on the day of the first snowfall and after that it starts the day after Christmas.

So the answer to that red button is yes. (but only for one day)

It took my breath away on chore play. If my husband would only know how much more rewarding his life would be if he attempted more of this ;)

That Guitar Hero one is like the story of my life. My hands are so small!
I am totally going to Target now!

I used to call Target Tar-Ghetto, but these last few years I have totally changed my mind and started calling it TAHR-ZSHAYE. So I am happy you checked it out during your search for an appropriate dress and found one.

And at the risk of sounding like a broken record: I love your buttons!

As for Christmas music, sorry, I'm right-wing on that---wait till after Thanksgiving :-)

Cute, cute dress.

The day after Halloween, there were Christmas trees up in Wal-Mart, and Christmas music. . .
I'm not sure what to say about that.

What? Didn't you hear me squeal with joy when they read Amy's vote? I hope Vicki or Heba are next - axis of evil indeed! :)

I love the flair! Too cute. I have no idea what the ABC news header means, but I had fun lurking around your blog anyways! Is your flair available for "borrowing?"

Jillybean said...

It's Tarzhay here too.

And we've been listening to Christmas music since the first of November.

Phew! That was a close one! (I guess I should explain.) I opened your blog on google reader, fully expecting to see "Friday Flair!" but it wasn't there! I was really worried there for a minute. It's like an addiction or something. :)

And congrats on your first flair! I don't watch The Biggest Loser so I'm not sure what it's all about, but it looks great! How do you make them? And I still haven't been able to find those buttons on Facebook.

Also, in google reader, only the first few lines of your posts show up, which forces me to come here instead of being lazy and reading it g.r. And I like it! (It leads to more comments.) Can you tell me how you do that?

(Sorry for the A.D.D. comment!)

Guitar Hero - WHOOOOOOOOO! I was actually going to go play that tonight.....I think I'll go now....

I love, love, love the buttons! Where do you get these? Is it ok to "borrow" some of them to post?

"Chore-play" wins my vote!

We found Lauren's bridesmaid dresses at Target dot com. They needed shrugs for modesty, but they were reasonably priced and so darn cute! :)
