(shut up)
At that point, one of us, who shall remain nameless, refused to come into the house for lunch, wanting to hear all 5 minutes and 55 seconds of the song. So naturally, because
So we listened to that song, and then just let it run while we ate lunch. I absolutely loved the eclectic-ness of the organized randomness of hearing songs in alphabetical order by title. I also decided that you can probably tell a lot about someone by taking 5 random - yet organized - songs off their pod.
(Do I have OCD tendencies? Or maybe I'm just a control freak? Either way, for some reason, it's not as fun for me if you just put the thing on shuffle.)
So I want to know - if you put your songs in order by song title - what are the next few songs that come after Bohemian Rhapsody?
And if you don't have B.R. on your ipod, well, first of all, I'm shocked, and I'm not really sure we can still be friends. And secondly, don't think you're off the hook... just pretend that you do and tell me what would be next.
And then we can decide about the friend thing later. ;)
Mine are:
- Bon Voyage - George Winston ** Just 2 stars. No particular reason....
- Book of Mormon Stories - The Singles Ward Soundtrack *** Kind of a headbanger - but I like the lyrics! ;)
- Bop To The Top - High School Musical Soundtrack *** who doesn't end up singing along with this one, right?
- Born to Be Wild - Muppets and Ozzie Osborne **** "Ozzie! Get up off the floor! OZZIE!"
- The Box - Diamond Rio *** - Because I pretty much love everything Diamond Rio does, and could never give any of their songs less than 3 stars even if this isn't really one of my favorites.

These are from my iPOD right? Not iTunes? Because if it's from iTunes, the next 5 are.... Bohemian Rhapsody on 1189237 different albums.... (yup, EXACTLY that many)...
I don't have an ipod but if I did I would have BR on it, so can we still be friends?
Please don't shun me because I'm Technology challenged and can't spell.
I'm not sure what songs would come next, probably something jazzy
I am so relieved I have Bohemian Rhapsody--what would I do if we couldn't be friends ; ) You brought a little tear to my eye because I miss hearing Kyle play Bohemian Rhapsody on the piano.
I have lots of different "playlists" on my iPod, so this is from my iTunes library--minus a some talks.
Book of Mormon Stories: Paul Cardall
Books in the Old Testament: Primary Songs
Born to Be Wild: Steppenwolf
Bring Him Home: Les Miserables London Cast
Brown Eyed Girl: Van Morrison
I don't have an ipod, either. (Glad I'm not the only one.) I got an MP3 player for Christmas last year and still haven't figured it out. Please don't de-friend me! Take pity instead.
I thought I was cool and had BR on the iPod, but must have been confused for a minute. My next five are:
Bond Loses It All - Casino Royal ST
Bond Wins It All - Casino Royale ST
Bonefields - Shawn Colvin
The Boogie Bumper - Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
Boogie Man - Aerosmith
Boogie Woogie Santa Clause - Brian Setzer Orchestra
Yeah, we can be friends! I even have the Weird Al version of this song.

I'm afraid I haven't filled my iPhone with anything yet... I'm hoping to get a few things on there soon though...
BR is good, but I have to be in the right mood for it... can we still be friends?
There is something glorious about the randomness of an alphabetical list :-)
Ok, before I give you my list, I need to explain something.
Six years ago I purchased a PC from a friend, and he did not clear out the hard drive. So I have a lot of songs he left on there that are alright, and I'm not going to delete them, but I would never have put them on there myself.
I also have a TON of music that I just never got around to importing into iTunes. Some of the more obvious holes in iTunes are No Doubt, Bon Jovi and Guns n Roses.
For example, the live version of Bohemian Rhapsody with Elton John and Axl Rose? Not mine. At all. But I would have the real version if I had ever imported my Wayne's World Soundtrack.
So to give a truer picture of me, I kept listing songs until I had five on the list that were added by ME.
Bohemian Rap City -- Weird Al (unrated)
Bohemian Rhapsody (live) -- Elton John and Axl Rose (**)
Boom Boom -- Kumbia Kings (**)
Bootstrap's Bootstraps -- Pirates of the Caribbean ST (unrated)
Border Song -- Elton John (**)
Born in the USA -- Bruce Springsteen (***)
Polovtsian Dances from Prince Igor -- Borodin (*****)
Box of Rain -- Grateful Dead (*****)
Boys are Back in Town -- Everclear (***)
The Brady Bunch -- Weird Al (unrated)
Brass Monkey -- Beastie Boys (****)
Break My Heart -- Hilary Duff (****)
(ok i cheated and six are added by me. but i couldn't resist throwing Hilary Duff on there :-) )
Dave, Bohemian Rap City was a song that I listened to over and over again during a decidedly-difficult stretch of my life. I don't know if I'd be alive today, if not for that song!
God bless you, Weird Al!
God bless you.
I don't have an ipod. My computer holds my music and they are organized by album, so I can't really say except maybe my next song would be:
Boyz in the Sink :The bellybutton song
Apparantly, I don't have a lot of songs that start with "B", and dang it no BR, but I love that song, so I guess I need to seriously devote some time to imporving my ipod repitoire! Mine are:
Broken - Kenneth Cope
Call and Answer - Barenaked Ladies
Canon in D from The Christmas Piano
Cemeteries of London - Cold Play
Chains of Love - Erasure
I'm too lazy to go find my ipod. Here's what's in our iTunes (for the whole fam).
Bolero by Inside Out
Bonedance by Hannah Montana
Boney M sings Mary's Boy Child
Book of Helaman Summary
Book of Mormon Stories by The Solutions (I think this is the one from the Single's Ward)
Quite the mix. I don't think I could handle running my ipod this way. I do it more by mood, I think.
Fun question !
Oooh too fun. And I'm apologizing now for too many songs but I just couldn't cut it at five!
The Boogie That Be--Black Eyed Peas
Boom Boom Boom--Rare Blend(more importantly, the Coyote Ugly Soundtrack)
Boom Boom Pow--Black Eyed Peas
Born Like This--Three Days Grace
Born To Fly-- Sara Evans
Born To Hand Jive--Sha-na-na (Grease Soundtrack)
Born To Quit--The Used
Bottle It Up--Sara Bareilles
Boulevard Of Broken Dreams--Green Day
The Boys Are Back In Town--Everclear
Brand New Colony--The Postal Service
Brand New Girl Friend--Steve Holy
Still no ipod... darn thieves.
I can't even work my cell phone, only to make calls, I can't even text. I've never touched an Ipod. I'm a computer tard. Well, I'm also old you know.
First I have to say I was really worried I didn't have Bohemian Rhapsody on my iPod. Because I myself would have been shocked if I didn't have it. When I realized I had it I heaved a sigh of relief, then I thought how pathetic am I that I don't even know if I have it or not...Whatev...I need to go eat myself out of a depression. Okay - here they are:
Books Written for Girls - Camera Obscura
Born Losers - Matthew Good
Boy From New York City - Manhattan Transfer
Brahms Lullaby - Mike Azpiroz
Brand New Colony - The Postal Service
Also an I-podtard. But I am going to my computer now to see if I can down Bohemian Rhapsody.
My iPod got in the washing machine and dryer!! Now I'm iPod less!! Hoping to get a new one for my b-day or Christmas!! =]
I hate to say this...cause we are sisters and all...but I do not like Queen...at all. I know there are a ton of people who really do like it.
I am fine to listen to it once a year and not mind it. :) Sorry
Umm. I think maybe we should adopt a don't ask/don't tell policy on the Queen topic. Especially if you don't want The Brain to give you a continual stream of pop-up Queen videos if he ever works on your computer.
Queen is one of his favorites!
But let's hear what IS on your list!
Hi! Sorry I'm late! (Do you really read the older comments? I hope so.) I've been stalking your blog for a while now but I've never commented before (that I can remember...maybe I have ??) but this is too fun to resist. Here they are:
Born in the USA--BRUCE!
Born to Be With You--The Chordettes
Both Sides Now--Joni Mitchell
Brandy--Looking Glass
Brushfire Fairytales--Jack Johnson
