The Big Night

Well, I wish I had some funny stories to tell about the prom dinner at our house, but amazingly the night went beautifully. The dinner at our house was fun and fancy (Italian theme), the kids actually played the game we set up ( ...and talked to each other in the process! Really !!! All of them!) , and the limo ride was brilliant.
After we got the prom kids off to the dance, we had all the parents over for dessert, which was also very fun. All in all, it was a great time. I think the kids had fun too!

The "limo" was a total kick. Our friend took all the seats out of his 15 passenger van, except the back one. Add a table, lots of oriental rugs, and some sparkling cider, and you have an amazingly fun ride. Complete with ambiance lighting aroung the ceiling.
